Where would a renter with multiple pets look?

I love pets and have three indoor pets of my own. They sleep on the bed with us and are members of the family. I don't think people should even own outdoor pets.

That being said, I would never rent my house to you, ever. 5 dogs and 6 cats? That is ridiculous- how could you ever rent a house with that? I wouldn't even waste time looking for a rental. For the deposit costs alone, you could put a down payment on something out in the country. Use the $8000 tax credit and buy something asap. My two cents.

I totally agree. The only thing you might rent is a zoo. Or maybe an old vet's office, kennel, or animal hospital - but they wouldn't let you live there. So it's really time for you to buy if your credit is okay.
