Agreed re: how realtor.com sucks nowadays. Also agreed that it is irritating how Jill responded to the complaints: "Actually, you are all wrong...." Thanks, Jill. I'm pretty sure I know what my experience has been.
One thing that perplexed me on their site is "Not for Sale" -- what does this mean???
So, you don't want a multimillion-dollar house in Malibu either, eh?
LOL.
I got rid of my multi-million-dollar home in Malibu and traded for a two-bedroom, 940 s.f. condo near the Jersey shore because it was just too big to vacuum. Yeah, that's the ticket.
In fact, hundreds of thousands of Realtors tell us Realtor.com is the best online web site today to market their client listings and their own brands. More real buyers continually come to Realtor.com as compared to other real estate web sites actively looking to connect with local agents, search active property listings and find relevant info for their real estate search activities.
Realtor.com is the only real estate web site that receives feeds from 100% of all MLSs and updates 75% of those for sale listings every 15 minutes, so info on price changes, property status changes, etc. are up-to-date and dependable. The remainder of the listings on Realor.com are updated every 1 to 24 hours.
Thanks for bringing this up to the community for discussion. We look forward to hearing from you!

None of this changes the fact that it's still too damn slow and you must wade through/wait for loading of superfluous information that is completely unrelated to what you are looking for!
But, I suspect "Jill Kipnis" is a computer-generated "person", judging by the robotic response, lol.

I had to let mine go for the sweet deal I got on a 3-br townhouse here in NC. I got tired of all that luxury and my live-in maid.

I also doubt anyone there "looks for forward to hearing from" any of us.
