I am house hunting at the moment and often I would LOVE an option to comment on house listings. I would like to see what other buyers think, and also to criticize or admire a house, house photos, listing description, etc.
Is there any real estate website with this option that I am not aware of?

You can do that on facebook. We run a few local Real Estate groups where people post listings, as well as make posts about what they are looking for. There is comment-ability and like-ability there!

No. No sane seller would allow their home to be marketed with that feature.
It's never really been a bad thing to have comments on our facebook posts of listings... we typically get hundreds of likes and shares and people tagging their friends/hubbies/wives to the post. There are occasionally criticisms about the price or the location not matching what they want, but most are positive "ooh honey look!" and very few people actually insult or badmouth the property.
I can see why some people may not like this but what is unethical about it?
To put it in perspective, I think a licensed agent who would just randomly use coded references to a consumer's national origin or ethnic heritage is much more unethical than simply allowing people to make comments on a website.
Well I guess some people have a very warped sense of ethics.
