There's three houses near yours on Zillow selling for around $180K. Why is your's any better than those? They are the same size and look like yours. Maybe you are overpriced? Houses generally sell for what they are worth.
I think it’s a combination of the area and square footage. I’m at 1580, others are about 1000. I also am in an area that’s a bit nicer. The townhouse a couple blocks from me is priced about same as mine. Another one going up for sale this weekend for $215K...so I think I’m okay on price. The townhouse I’m in is also newer.

Also, no walkscore or transit score. That information is in demand, especially in Minneapolis, where some locations are very walkable, and others you have to drive everywhere.
Is your house listed on the MLS? If not, I would recommend having it listed. You can do this through one of the various 3rd party entities that will provide this service for a one time flat-fee. I have used this method and only paid the 3% commission to the Buyer's Agent.
House was listed for 3 days and I received 4 offers.....all from people who were represented by a buyers agent.
Yes, it's listed on MLS and tons of other sites. And the walk score, roof info, and all that are on the listing, just not on Zillow for some reason. I also notice that Zillow updates when houses are "Contingent" way slower or not at all. So I don't always use Zillow for that detailed type of info because a lot of the time it's not accurate.
Still waiting for word from my realtor for when the pics have been updated!
A bit of the quality/color was lost when uploading to the site. I notice it more when I'm on a computer. But I think for the most part they're pretty good!

The new photos make the home look so much more attractive! The difference between the old photos and the new is amazing.. it looks like a completely different home.
