I think the bigger question is how Rosie is worth that much money being the no talent hack that she is.
She is one horrible person. Remember when she attacked Barron Trump (10 years old!!!!!!!) and saying to everyone he has autism!!!! A 10 year old!!!! How evil can someone really be?
She probably needs to sell it to get some mental health treatment. I don't think a few million would be enough to help her however. Just filled with too much hate even towards a little kid.
Can anyone explain to me what this means? Or is that it? You just walk into a room and say "Jersey!" and it's like a sitcom laugh track?
Anyway, if there's a problem I imagine it's a saturated market, the high property taxes, and the high state income taxes. If you have that kind of money there are other places to live that are easier on your wallet.
The road it's on is a major artery, so it seems, in Saddle River. And that are, including USR, Wyckoff, Ho-ho-kus, all nice areas. The house would probably do better if it was on a cul-de-sac or some road less traveled. Nearby homes are asking anywhere from $1.6 to $17.5 million.
Its not like you’re using the same bed. You only buy homes attractive people lived in? Guess Christie’s house would be out for you too, then.
True, but it’ll still have that stigma of being her place?. I would just prefer to never hear “oh, you’re in the old O’Donnell place”? All things being equal I’d just assume buy the house down the street from the “insert name“ family?
If by Christie you mean Gov. Christie I’d buy his house. While I have no real opinion on the guy, if anything it isn’t favorable, I’d rather own a house that belonged to a former Governor (regardless of political views) than Rosie O’Donnell?

I don't think anyone would say that, unless you bought say Jefferey Dahmer's home or the Amityville Horror house. I don't even understand thinking there would be a "stigma". It's silly.
The implication was that poster would not buy a home whose bedroom was used by (in his opinion) unattractive people. However much you might admire Christie, there's no argument that he's not attractive.

You do know they tore Dahmer’s Milwaukee apartment complex down purely because of what he did in there?
The listing agent is trying to use the celebrity card on the listing, seems to be grasping for straws for an overpriced home. Imagine being said listing agent(s), all this work for nothing. Would the agents on here take this property on today?

What's the harm in taking it on? Not like she's desperate to sell it, its been 5 years. It seems to me it wouldn't require much work at all if the seller doesn't need it to sell.

I don’t know, 5 years of agents doing work for nothing? Somebody paid for photos, marketing, and time and effort and so far, all for nothing. If I’m in the business to make money selling only, I wouldn’t take it.
