Good morning everyone,

LaceyEx ~ hoping you hear from those people soon! It is so hard to wait... two days seems like so much longer when there is so much riding on it...

hdzup3 ~ I do exactly the same thing, I look at the houses in North Carolina all of the time and I can't help it, I find myself getting so impatient to go there! I save them in my "favorites" and then I see them being sold, one by one, and it makes me so sad... and yet I know that I cannot do a thing about it until this place sells!

Michie1 ~ I am so happy for you! It sounds like you have everything under control and look forward to your post once you are on line in your new home.

Well, for us no showings in the last two days... when the phone rings I jump to answer hoping, hoping... only to find that it's a moving company or "relocation specialist" trying to get our business... aaarrgghhh... I just tell them that we have to get the house sold before we think about which moving company to use. Actually, I have been doing quite a bit of research on moving companies while I'm waiting...

Please send some pixie dust and prayers our way for showings this weekend! I will certainly do the same for all of you sellers... and best wishes to the packers and buyers too!

And in case you're thinking, "You must not've done much moving in your life". lol I've actually moved many times. I've lived in my current home for nearly 10 years. The longest I've ever lived in any house.
Niki, I notice you are in Greensboro, NC... where will you be moving if you don't mind me asking? My hubby and I plan to move to the Winston-Salem area when our place sells.

Hi all. good luck and pixie dust to the ones that still need sellers, and for the rest, well, here's a mojito for ya! i saw in a magazine yesterday about substituting the lime in a mojito and using kiwi. i'll let ya know how it tastes. anyway, we cant have any showings for us this weekend, if any were available. We are still working on fixing the mess from our "visitor" last week. just my luck that our realtor would finally call and say there is someone who wants to see our house but they can't.
here's something to keep in mind- if it doesn't kill you it can only make you stronger.
