Welcome to our Group Therapy of Home Sellers. We support each other and are always there for each other.

Wish I had a showing now as I have a huge pot of pasta gravy with meatballs, sausage and pork ribs cooking.

Thanks Judy! How cute!

Sooooo... we lowered our price this morning, and the realtor told me he would drop by new flyers.... well... instead he dropped by flyers with the old price crossed out and the new price handwritten in... said that it would make people think they were getting a "deal". It seems unprofessional to me, but I'm an Accountant, so numbers are my thing! What do all of you think about this?

Welcome, raising3boys.

We haven't had a showing in two weeks. Though I guess it doesn't really count since it was the couple who didn't bother to come in because they heard our toy poodle barking his friendly bark while locked up in his carrier.

Two houses recently went under contract in our neighborhood. I've yet to figure out why houses with less to offer than ours with prices not far from what ours is priced at are selling and ours isn't. Just doesn't make sense to me. Several houses have sold in our neighborhood this summer, making us extra hopeful. Yet our house still sits with no offers. *sigh*

I think I said already that we're having an open house this Sunday. If we don't get an offer that week (an offer that day would be awesome), we're lowering the price again by another $2000.

I agree, I think it is tacky and to me shows she was to lazy to do new ones. Heck, you could have done that yourself!
