We had someone come by twice this weekend and they haven't listed their home yet. I happened to meet them since they stayed so long, I came home, and finally just walked in. They did ask when we wanted to close and I told them October. Today my agent sends me an email that they plan to make an offer this week. SO......I hope they realize I still need to close in Ocotber. We shall see.

Maybe they are like us. We started looking several months before we put our home on the market and came to this home twice also. We put our home on the market in Sept (07) and made an offer about a month later on this home with a straight contract only a thirty day close. They may also be doing that.

Hi all-feedback from Sat. showing. People are looking for a ranch in price range up to $600K! They felt ours wasn't for them (we're $247K) so why would he even bring them and waste our time?
thanks everyone. I'm hoping cash or at least bridge loan. They're a youngish couple, so I'm not counting on cash. since they know when we want to close, I'm hoping they're going to be able to handle it.
