What have other similar properties sold for in the fast few months? Maybe it is time to lower the price some more to keep it competitive with the market.

(And...with the chance of redistricting...that's why buyers are looking for areas where all the schools nearby are good, in case that happens)
I agree with you and I even bet that most people with kids will chose an area first for their schools. At least where I live education is top priory, even before the area. If that is the case, they could look for a town like mine where the schools are excellent and 3 towns share a school system therefore, there is never a redistrict concern. Not sure if that's feasible or if my situation isn't seen very often. It sure seems to work well here.

What I meant by area is general region, or proximity to work, etc. In other words, "area" is larger than specific towns or cities...
