Happy Friday folks. We’re taking a break from healthy recipes to bring you a … weird recipe.
Although it sounds totally gross, I’m thinking the idea of savory milkshakes might be worth checking out…
Lets try a Buffalo Chicken Milk Shake!!

But first you need to make a Buffalo Chicken Ice cream

You need:

2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (the redder the better, as it’ll lose some color when blended with cream and milk)
1/3 cup
1/3 cup
2/3 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Blend blue cheese, milk and a cream in a blender, till smooth.
Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and wing sauce. Mix again.
Pour into a shallow dish.
Leave it for 1/2 hr in a freezer.
Take it out and mix the newly formed crystals with the center of the mix.
Put it back in a freezer for 1/2 hr
Repeat until you get the mix consistence similar to ice cream.
If you don't want to fool with that, just leave it over night in the freezer, the next say let it thaw for a little bit, so you can scoop it.

Now you are ready to make your milk shake, and you need:

Buffalo sauce ice cream ( the one from the freezer) )
Milk
A fried chicken tender for each shake
Celery and blue cheese crumbles for garnish
Cups and straws

Mix 2 parts of buffalo sauce with one part of milk and blend to your desired thickness.
Get a couple of nice cups, pour in the shake, place a chicken tender in each glass center, throw some garnish on the top, get straws and ...
.
.
.
.
get all romantic sharing a milkshake with your SO

Tip: the un-sauced chicken end offers a place to grab the tender, so you can enjoy the Buffalo Chicken Shake on the go.

No offense but that sounds nauseating.

Creamy gazpacho? Very dirty Bloody Mary? Calling that a milk shark causes me to feel a bit queasy.

I'm an adventurous eater, but this is way beyond.
