Ahh, I would love that. I have pine trees and cedar trees all over my property, so azaleas should do well. I have some nice flowering ground cover as well, but I'm building up the landscape bit by bit.
These are some of the old growth Incense Cedar & Douglas Fir on my place. Also, purple & white lilac bushes grow wild here.
I took my Mum shopping and bought her lunch out. I do it every week when i'm home or my wife does it whilst i'm away, and she really seems to love it...

Lovely. You have beautiful landscape around you. I will have to get some shots of a few of the pines in my yard. One of them is pretty big. I'm not sure how tall it is.
Today was a good day. Very productive. Hubby cleaned out and organized one of the sheds and mowed the lawn. I cleaned the fish tank, moved last winter's wood that was close to the house back to the wood pile and cleaned the grille. We had grilled veggie burgers and corn on the cob tonight. Yum!

I walked to the shops ten minutes away for brunch. It already felt like 99F ! Ate nice noodles , d lottery ticket guy recognised me there. Got on board bus but had no small notes so an older man paid my fare Saw d cute pooches along d way : a Golden Retriever mix & his 2 mongrel companions, a terrier plus an old DEAF Dalmatian. D latter was basking in d sun but had a limp and looked decidedly shakey on his feet, d poor dear.
I had a cup of coffee in bed while reading the paper. Bliss!!
