To the OP, it's all in your head. I'm 34 and went out with a 23 year old last night. A few years ago my friend's dad at 52 dated a 23 year old for a while--my friend was 21 at the time.
It just depends who you know, I mean let's just say I know a lot of rich older men who rarely date a girl older than 40. Usually in the 23-35 range, and they're 50, 60, 65 years old. Obviously, nobody is an idiot, it's obvious that those girls enjoy the status and wealth aspect of it, they wouldn't be dating guys that old otherwise, but the guys are ok with it as long as she's fun to be with and has a good personality, etc.
I don't blame 'em. I don't want to be 65 stuck with a 65-year-old, I mean sorry but have you seen 65-year-old women? Not attractive.

How thoughtful of you. I hope you plan on aging gracefully, have an absolutely to die for personality, and lots of cash. All these things may help you get that coveted younger woman.
The cash isn't a problem, and yes, you do need it if you want to date younger when you're that age, haha, as I said nobody is an idiot about it But I'm ok with being used for my money if it means going out with a hot 35-year-old when I'm 70 instead of nailing a 70-year-old grandma, jeez that's... unpleasant to think about.
Guys luckily tend to age a lot better than girls, which is why in Hollywood when girls are about 40 it's getting tough to find jobs, but the guys are starring in action movies like Bruce Willis and Sylvestor Stallone well after they're pretty old, even Harrison Ford, and Sean Connery, etc. Girls still find them sex. At least, plenty enough girls that they would never be hurting if they're single
It may not be "nice" to say but it's the truth, I mean really would a girl expect a guy to want to have sex with a 70-year-old woman? That's pretty disgusting. Not trying to be mean, but just being realistic, whether a guy is 20 or 70, he still wants a hot young girl.

I think the idea of having sex with a 70-year-old man is pretty disgusting too. Of course, I'm sure my perception of it will change when I am 70.
