A few months ago, my son and I were at the market and Chris Brown was there and I was shocked to see how many idiots were flocking to him I am always astonished by bad people being rewarded for their bad acts!
People pooh-pooh revenge, and in fairness I think it's understandable. But what the OP describes doesn't seem reasoned or mature.
Not mature? Well that's one of the best way to make a man roll in pain, nothing worst than a shot in the nuts (from what I heard). Ok I'm laughing right now. I can't help it...
Me wonders if I can use this if a pervert were to grab my breasts after making sarcastic comments.... kick him there LOL... ok maybe that would be too extreme but if then again, he was asking for it so why not.....
Ok gonna try to be serious now (though it's hard to)... sometimes revenge seems to be the answer towards teaching the other a lesson and it's the feeling you just want to even the score.

Yeah if someone wants to be all violent or trashy then I'll be 10-1,000X worst.
An example would be one time my now ex didn't called me for my birthday and a couple years ago, I got my revenge by insulting him in every possibly way when ditching him through phone (though it would have been better face to face, he would have no choice but leave in total embarrassment as the word ''sissy'' or ''stupid idiot'' is repeated over and over till I get tired). I called him some of the worst names ever and yet he wasn't really insulting back.... interesting.
Sorry but that's my style. To make them feel worst than how I was feeling.
However if not provoked nor crapped on then there would be no reason to act this way on them.

I have never kicked a man in the nutz because those situations never presented themselves in the first place but you bet I will if they ever do.
I do keep my promises as well too. LOL
Secondly, the latter offense has to equal the first one. If man doesn't call as he promised then I can skip a date arrangement on purpose. See what I mean? It's gotta be balance.
