Well it's not quite a done deal yet. We've maybe spent like 3 nights together, but we talk almost every day for the last month or so. Last time I was with her I mentioned to her I took down my dating profile. She had zero experience online dating so she doesn't know exactly how it's supposed to work (like I know more than she does, right?). But she did tell me the next day she just took hers down as well. We haven't had a relationship defining conversation, but I'm not worried about it like I would have been in the past. I'm just taking it for what it is and I'm sure it'll work itself out here soon enough.

The only thing I am a little concerned about is who will bring up "the talk" as some girls tell me that the guy is supposed to tell the girl he wants to be bf/gf, and if he doesn't do it by a certain point the girl will move on thinking he's not serious. I doubt this girl would do that to me as I think she knows I do want something with her and I'm sure she'd talk to me about it before moving on from me. I just don't want her to think something like that due to my inexperience in long-term relationships.

Everything is going well, seeing her again tonight, can't wait.

I don't think you even need to bring up "the talk". If you both have taken down your profile, its kind of obvious what's happening between you two. If you still feel "the talk" needs to happen, I doubt she will be the one to bring it up. Also, the more time you spend together, the more it will be clear where you both stand, even though you're pretty sure of where it stands even now.

How time flies. Looks like he kind of forgot about his last paragraph, there.
