I'm not endorsing any opinion here, but I find the topic to be quite interesting.
Men, do you look down upon women who have sex outside of marriage or outside of a serious relationship? If you knew a woman had been around, would you still try to persue a serious relationship with her, or would you try to avoid getting anything going besides a little fling?

That's the pot calling the kettle black.
I understand you opened saying you don't endorse it, so that's not directed at you as a person, but the statement in itself.
Kind of a weird question -- no, of course I don't look down on women for having sex. And sex outside of marriage? It's kind of common these days, so no, I can't say I judge that harshly either. And casual sex? Well, it happens. Men and women do engage in it some -- perhaps not the best behavior, but who's perfect? So long as a person doesn't use or manipulate others, I don't judge them, male or female.
I dated a girl back in the day that admitted to having a threesome with two men on more than one occasion. At first I was blown away that she would even reveal a skeleton in her closet like that as most women will not but she really changed my opinion on the matter by simply saying “if you could have two girls at the same time would you do it? you know women fantasize about a lot of the same things men do”. The fact that she put it out there like that and didn't seem to be one bit ashamed of it really put things in perspective for me. Had one of my buddies said he had a threesome with two girls I would have been envious of them so how could I hold someone else to a different standard simply because of there gender.
I don't look down upon them, but I wouldn't date a woman who I considered to be very promiscuous. And before a feminist calls me a hypocrite, I'm not promiscuous either.
Hah, I was tempted to put "(albeit not by choice)" but really, I'd rather have a steady girlfriend who I have sex with than having sex with a bunch of random women at parties. MUCH rather.
