Who would it be? It could be anybody. My ideal partner is someone like Pam from "The Office". I love that classy secretary look with how she dresses. I also love her warm and sweet personality, and sense of humor, and how she can be geeky and sexy at the same time. There was a girl I went to high school with who is similar to her, but unfortunately she is married.
I'm a bit old-fashioned, and prefer the good characters/character traits of the folks on shows like: Little House, The Waltons, Gilligan's Island, Andy Griffith, Bob Newhart, I Love Lucy, etc.

Yeah, they show kids acting smart assed and that is supposed to be funny and cute.
I can't watch half of the damn tv shows anymore without seeing some kid acting bratty and passing it off as being funny.
Yeah, I know, I sound like an old man, I hate to see myself when I am an old man......
I have the hots for Keenu Reeves, notebook guy, Ryan Reynolds, The hot guy from charmed, The guy from the mediator. The young guy from the office. The last batman.
I have to admit, my curiosity was always piqued by the smile on Scarlett O'Hara's face the morning after her torrid evening with Rhett Butler when he carried her up the stairs to their bed. She looked verrry content the next morning. I wouldn't call him my idea of the ideal partner, but again, curiosity...
Colin Firth as Mark Darcy in Bridget Jones's Diary.... He is hot
