Since we moved into a condo I too started becoming curious as to why people would move out, once you find out they were just renting you knew they weren't in it for the long haul. I swear some of these people split in the middle of the night.

These were actually owners... I think that may have some reason why I'm so curious.
1. They are buying a house since the market is down so low.
2. They came into some money?? Lotto, family member left money.
Of course some of the negatives are....
1. They're getting a divorce.
2. Maybe one of them lost their job and can't keep the place.
3. Maybe they are moving into a sick relatives house to help take care of them.
I hope its one of the more pleasant ones up above.

I think my dad's second wife used them. She busted him cheating and he used to get up and go to work at 4 am. She cleared out a whole HUGE house - formal living room and dining room, family room, kitchen and all the cupboards and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus the nails for the pictures before he came home
