Why are women often so much more excitable then men? and if you have been in a relationship with a woman far more excitable than yourself, what impact does/did this have on your relationship?

disclaimer talking about life in general, not in a sexual way

Can you elaborate on "excitable" a bit more or give an example?

You are falling for stereotypes. Yes, women may seem more "excitable" about some things...some people like to label them as emotional.
But look at the amount of MEN in prisons for shootings, bar fights, domestic abuse, etc. Look at stupid things they do over sports.
Men are just as "excitable"...they just show it in different ways.

Dramatic?

It always amazes me at what the ladies get excited over, lol...

"Hey I heard Mary got engaged", Bob popped the question

girl 1 - What? Why hasn't Johnny asked me? , that sonofa....

girl 2 - Wow even with all that weight she has gained?

and so on....

I've never met a more excitable person in my life than my ex-boyfriend. He got worked up over EVERYthing. Whenever we were in the car and he had to stop at a red light, he would exclaim "Why do I ALWAYS get all the red lights?!?!?!" Every.single.time. It became comical after awhile. No way could I put up with that forever.

Excitable people do grate on your nerves big time. They are almost impossible to be around for any length of time.

women tend to be more emotional; men tend to be more logical
