If you're questioning it- then you're not okay about it. If you're really that uncomfortable about the whole thing (meaning thinking it over afterward), then maybe you should seek out some advice about it from a professional.

So..moving right along. OP, what does your PARTNER say about all this? That's kinda important. What is your feedback from him/her? Are they into the pain and all that..or no? And when you do this..do you feel in control of yourself, or no? If each time this happens you find yourself saying..oops..didnt mean to be THAT rough..then yeahh..you probably arent in control. You need to address that..somehow.
I have been very aggressive even drawing blood or causing my partner to have to take pain pills the next day. Do I have a rage problem?
I don't mind a little light clawing on my back if I am doing a good job. No blood and no biting though. Ouch!!
