So, Doc, you joined on the last page, and missed all the posts by women and the hot short guys they've been with. May I suggest you go back and read the early-to-middle parts of the thread so you can see that short guys are winners? Not that you'd believe them, but no one's into your pity party. They're having too much fun with their short-guy friends. Try putting on a positive attitude for a change, read the pro-shortie comments, and go out and have yourself a good time.

Bronxgirl65 you sound like a great catch. Give it time.

I hope you haven't been 15 years without a date though, your rebound could be fatal to the poor guy.

The whole premise of beauty being in the eyes of the beholder is just a bunch of BS. I am an attractive woman, I work out, take care of myself and have been divorced for 15 years. I do not get dates or even asked out because men are intimidated. I think to say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder may sound politically correct, these are the same people who secretly fantasize about Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz and Beyonce Knowles. I think it has much more to do with the standards in which people place for themselves and not feeling as if a good looking women would ever give them the time of day. I am very loyal and would never do to anyone what I would not want done to me, ugly women cheat and lie as well and then there are good looking women who can be angels sent from up above, so do not generalize. I know women who have been married and divorced 3 and 4 times, are not the most attractive women, have many kids from many different relationships, have much baggage and still meet and marry again and again. I have been married once, have one child with a disability, have been divorced 15 years and still cant meet men, they look but I think it is more intimidation or they think I am already spoken for.

I have been 15 years single. I am from NYC and live in Cheyenne Wyoming and what is attractive in Cheyenne is not what the standards of NYC are. I have a son who is Autistic and he is important, but I have not made many friends out here because like I said, people here are intimidated and the women are just catty and petty.

Cheyenne? That's quite a culture shock there.

Bronxgirl, I wish you'd been around for the "Is sex really that easy to get", when everyone (including a couple of women) was saying women can get sex 24/7, anytime they want. No one wants to believe that reality isn't like that for many women.
