Well, you can have the women in their 20's. I'm in my low 40's and anything under 30ish has no appeal to me.

You can have the drama.....

So you'd pass on a sexy college sophomore who wants to go back to your place and get nasty?

I've heard somewhere that women who are in their 20s stick with men in their 20s.
Not if they want someone with prospects and who has it together. It takes years for young males to accomplish that now days.

Girls want hot sex and someone to impress their girlfriends with.

Women usually want a life partner.

So, you will probably lose out on the hot looking airheads.

Unfortunately, if you are looking for quality, it can be difficult to find women who aren't already taken.

That would put her at around 19 or so.

Naw, been there done that.

All women want a guy with "real money", the problem with that is not all woman are attractive enough to pull a guy with "real money"

The reason I ask this silly question is because I'm turning 30 in a few months, and I feel I've missed out on dating women in their 20s. Also I think that women in their 20s don't want to date a man who is 30 or older.
30 is not old at all. It's the individual person; I've met women who are in their 20s who are very mature, and some who act like they are 12. The mature ones are way more fun to spend time with and would probably be open to someone who is 30. I think the vibrant ones are probably found at the gym...

Anyone under 24 is good for one thing, and sometimes not even that. Give me a late 20's-early 30's with experience any day of the week.

I think about two-thirds of all young adults (say 35 yrs old or less) of either gender prefer to date people who are +/- 7 years of their own age. The man tends to be the older of the two, but not by much. Similarly aged couples are more likely to be at a similar stage in their lives. They can relate to each other easier. For most couples I see around the city...the guy and woman seem to be of similar age.
