There is. I find it interesting how women gasp and faint because their guy masturbates, yet, woman masturbate too (they don't admit it though) but don't say a thing about it.

Could it be that some women out there feel their power is gone if a man can have other ways to relieve his sexual tension?

Ive been following this thread since the beginning and I read so many great comments and others not so much...
Truth is, porn is not for one gender, everyone can enjoy it every once in a while, or maybe daily.. who knows. Porn works differently to everyone. I watched porn and enjoyed it and used it when I was single and also while my fiancé was abroad. I know he did the same thing. Now I dont feel the "necessity" to watch cause he is with me. I know the same doesnt happen with him though. He continues watching it, and we talked and discussed this and I even asked for the shemale/lesbian thing. To my surprise, he told me he watched few of those videos. I wont deny the idea of it was not a good, but I also know that its not something I should be worried about.
For the OP, the only thing i can think about is to try to have a conversation with your husband, Be clear about your feelings and try to get the answers you are looking for. If not, this is going to be a major problem, causing insecurities about his behaviour when you are not around. As you said, your relationship is wonderful, so work on that and good luck....

First, I just want to say the level of generalizing here is at a high more disgusting than pornography itself.

Second, since none of us can speak for every guy out there (or even most) and I doubt there is a poll on that specific question as of yet, I'll speak for myself. I would "get a heart attack" (I take it you meant "disapprove") if my gf was masturbating to an image of another guy and/or his tool. If I thought she was masturbating to a fantasy regarding some guy in the fictional world, I wouldn't appreciate that either. But we agree on the subject of pornography and fantasizing about someone other than each other. The only difference is that while I call it foolish, she calls it stupid

Vic2.0,
I don’t think I am generalizing when I say that MOST women masturbate. Surveys and studies show that, regardless of women not admitting they do it.

That’s when the issue of trust comes in. If you are sure your girl masturbates to you when you guys are away from each other, cool.

Seems kind of arbitrary to have left that one post, might as well delete em all.

I think I hit the nail on the head with the comment about women and emotional porn...seems to have upset some people.

That wasn't exactly what I was referring to, when I said you were generalizing. But I can't remember what exact comment I was referring to, and the mods deleted it so we can't go back and discuss it. Might as well move on.

Well, no more/less sure than we all are when we trust our SOs to not physically cheat on us *shrugs*

Indeed, but a whole tray of brownies, 4500 square feet of status hoeing and gossip does not qualify. So essentially as men in church look for relief from their fat and satisfied wives from the ample church potlucks of gluttony , they are riven with guilt for doing so. Touching the pee pee is the unforgivable sin, and a fiery spot in hell shall fit the offending organ. Thanks, God.

And they wonder why church attendance among men is down.

Most straight guys don't want to see anything that even vaguely resembles a phallus when they're watching porn, unless they can see it being used on a genuine female.
