I think all men who learn how to cook in any way will learn how to cook over an open fire first lol.
Yeah very true lol On the weekends when I have more time I'll cook on charcoal on our Weber grill, or cook on wood on our smoker. But in the evening after work I will cook on our gas grill, which is hooked up directly to the gas line from the house so I NEVER have to change a tank or pickup propane. It's nice.
You ever wonder about the quality of life versus extending it? I mean it seems like everything thats good is bad for you. If you give up all that stuff just to live a couple years longer is it worthwhile trade? I don't know.

I actually saw a documentary about a juice diet that would cleanse your system, make you lose tons of weight, and extend your life by years. When asked if they would give up the food they love for the diet if it meant that they would potentially live longer, most people interviewed said they would rather die.

I'd rather eat steak, not all the time, but enough to enjoy it, rather drink some wine and enjoy food then try to live "super" clean, if that makes any sense.
I'm not talking over the top gluttony here, but to me it ain't worth it watching every bite you eat, living totally by the book if it is only gonna get you a couple more yrs...... screw it... LOL.

Just make it to 2045. People that are a lot smarter than me are convinced that a pseudo-immortality will be achieved somewhere around 2045. It's pseudo in the sense that if you get creamed by a bus you are still going to die, but avoid major trauma and you could potentially live forever. How? 3 ways: 1. Putting machine into man. 2. Putting man into machine. and 3. DNA manipulation. One guy in particular is already asking for billions in funding so he can develop the same tech seen in the movie Avatar

Can you put my brain into a robotic cat?
Or, if my robot body has the strength of 10 gorillas...
