Gosh like twice. By guys actually

And I think one other time by a Woman. But I'm not really too sure if it counts. I was at an after party dancing with my sister, when this woman just pulled me away and started dancing with me, it was nuts!!! She was a very attractive and classy dressed woman. It was very exciting but I could hardly speak, and at times it kind of seemed like she wanted to kiss me. I wanted to kiss her too, but I wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do so I didn't. I couldn't even dance well because I was getting a tad nervous, it was so out of the left field for me. But nothing went beyond that really.

Suprisingly there were a few times when I have gotten cat calls and such by women driving by, which is funny because thats generally seen as something a guy would do.

I think a lot of the time, "I never get hit on" is code for "I never get hit on by the people I wish would hit on me, and instead get pestered by people I find unappealing."

not too often, maybe 2 or three times in a 2 month span. i never really go places that are ripe with people "on the hunt" adding to that when i do go out im either with a child or my wife.
im at the stage in my life where im kinda oblivious to when someone is making advances on me, im so content to where it goes over my head and anyone trying gets the steam taken out of their sails rather quickly

my wife on the other hand probably gets hit on at least 3 times a day. she works in a male dominated industry where everyone works insane hours. being away from home + being a young male = hey baby how you doo'n??? quite a lot. its actually pretty humorous to watch them. they never realize they are just being played so my wife can get more sales from them lol

I suppose the poll isn't scientific because definitions of being 'hit on' vary by individual.

I was just going to ask the men how they define "hit on" and how the women define "hit on."

Nope. I get stared at A LOT (not bragging, I hate it) but no one ever approaches me. I'm married, so the wedding ring may scare them off now, but this happened even when I was single. I am not friendly or approachable at all so I assume that's why.
