Indeed, you are a random person but if you need to believe that I'm defensive to let yourself feel better and sleep at night then be my guest. However, you are the one who is confused as a result, I'm sorry you unable to comprehend me. I don't need to prove myself to you nor have I tried. I'm telling you how it is. I can take the horse to water but I can't make it drink.
I agree with the dissenter here. Im 36, have never been married or have any kids, and last girl i dated about drove me crazy trying to constantly probe into my past as to why that is. I think i need to find a more open minded place to live on this globe, because i am not a sheep but a unique human being and i hate being bothered of why im not following some nonsensical and outdated social norm, every day of my life. It gets annoying rather quickly.
I'm not saying that there aren't people that are going to give you a hard time because of your choices - I'm simply saying that your rights haven't been taken away. There is a difference between people giving you a hard time and not having the same rights as everyone else. You aren't going to be arrested, executed, or locked up because you don't have children.
I live in New York. Being single with out children isn't really a big deal - no matter what your age is. At least not in my social circle.
I would have thought that being arrested, executed, or incarcerated for not having children wasn't too far off in the future. Considering in the US where breeding like rabbits to produce future taxpayers was of the utmost importance.
