I'm dying to get my first house...and can't wait to get a dog. I would also absolutely love to get a girlfriend in the next year or so (know it's a lot to ask, but still)

I'm going to get myself a beautiful pitbull like this

Good looking dog.

Good luck on the home. Lenders are being pretty picky these days, so best of luck to you.

I'm in the process of going through a refinance right now, and man..... the lenders are really looking at every detail.

I've got excellent credit, long long work history, great LTV ratio on the place and they were bustin my balls on a credit card I just opened up... they wanted to know why and what the deal was....

I'm like really really???

On paper I sound like I got my shyt together.......

Like I said, on paper.....

It's what they say to get you primed for being set with a higher interest loan. My first house they wanted 2 yrs of pay stubs, I had been on the job for 3 yrs and my dad still had to co-sign the loan which disqualified me from any first time buyer programs. I wound up with a 3-1 ARM that fortunately went my way.

I'm jamming to this song, and I am really happy I picked this game up. The guys who remade this game certainly didn't take themselves seriously. Fun game, will have you entertained for a few hours as you beat up a bunch of guys, here then yell some funny things, and hear the voice of Skullmageddon talk.

Here's the Jam. 80s dance music if I ever heard it, and it's very catchy!

Ahh, gotcha.

We went with a conventional loan with our first mortgage and got a great rate too (at that time). That was probably back in the day when they were handing out mortgages like candy, 15yrs ago or so.

My 2nd mortgage was worse than the first and this one was just a huge headache.

I didn't play the lotto, but I kept thinking if I won, I would make sure I get a house with a steam room, love the one at my gym that I haven't been to in months.

Since I rarely if ever play the lottery and if I didn it's like a snowball's chance in h _ ll that I'd win thinking of placing an ad, how does this sound

Nanny available to home with a steam room, child/children must not have allergies to sedatives.
