I've got enough bad habits, thankfully smoking isn't one of them.
Yeah, I'm mid 40's and need to get in better shape, I'm starting to feel my age a bit more than I should.
I need to lose some weight.
I don't know how really really heavy people do it, I'm so uncomfortable at this weight, I couldn't imagine carrying around more.....I'm not trying to be mean to fat people, I'm just sayin....
Yep right there too 40's and looking forward to get into better shape. I added 1 day of exercise so now I just need to keep the chow in check.

Exercise is really key. Personally, anything less than 6 workouts a week and I feel the negative results. Three days of lifting. Three days with running 3-4 miles. No excuses. One day off a week, at most. It makes a huge difference. I've been at this level for about 10 years now and I look better, I feel better, and CV wise I can bring it.
I'm mid 40s and married. My wife and I don't have sex nearly as often as I'd like. Therefore, I visit the whack shack at least every other day if not daily. Probably as much if not more than I did in my 20's.
You have to make it worth HER while. Unfortunately in this society women have more "chores" than men do, especially after the age of 50 or 60 since cleaning NEVER ends. So if you can't give her a couple "big O's" then she's definitely not gonna want to service you 3 times a day. Also, menopause can make PIV really painful for women...but there are some pleasurable alternatives she might appreciate more. Of course I'm sure you're in tune with any issues your wife might be having and doing all you can to smooth those out...right?
