I'm 39 and just getting warmed up. My issue is finding a gal that "can hang".

Virtually everything related to sex drive and sexual performance comes back to one's health and how well they take care of their body.
This is completely untrue. It's utterly specious in many cases.

I run marathons and also hang with the ultra marathon crowd and triathelete crowd. Trust me--- NO ONE is fitter than these people. There are a number of my male friends in this realm who have low testosterone. They have to take weekly shots to get their levels up to normal and before the shots had almost zero libido. Do they tell me this? NO. But their wives or S.O.'s have told me. Low testosterone affects millions of men and it's oftentimes totally unrelated to their fitness levels.

The fittest man on earth can genetically have a low libido or suffer from low T. And the fattest piece of garbage on the planet can be 80 and still balling all night.

Honestly, I have no desire for sexual activity. It's like "What's the point?" I don't really see it or see a benefit from it.

I'm 27 and yes I've seen a doctor about my testosterone level. It is no reason for concern as it's still within the range of a normal male just on the lower side.

Anxiety is a big killer of libido. I don't much feel like doing it these days, that's another reason I'm not really pursuing a girlfriend. I'm not really interested in socializing much since my anxiety got really bad two years ago. I know it's sad, but maybe I'll have to accept this is my lot in life.

At what age does male libido begin to decrease?
Bill Cosby had often said the male libido decreased when the female libido increased and this seems often more true than not.
You will find thru life it takes more to excite each day than the last. Not so much because of our health as just getting bored of the same old.

Interesting post. So getting tired of the "same old", judging by the first statement, would be a problem mainly for the men. A woman who's libido is increasing is going to want a lot more than the "same old", herself. So what's up, guys? Or ... what isn't up, and why? Maybe "tired of the same old" is just an excuse to avoid going to the doc for some testosterone boosters.
