As long as she wasn't now on sale. Let this be a lesson to everyone - ALWAYS keep your receipt when you purchase your woman goods.

Depends if she was married but out of wedlock yes. Men with out of wedlock are also damaged goods.

Depends on the circumstances. If she was once married and had the kids the proper way--while married with and living in a stable environment--and then was divorced, or her husband left her, then I would say calling her "damaged goods" would be overly harsh and unfair.
But if she irresponsibly just had the kids out of wedlock because she wanted to be a mommy, and now refers to the respective fathers as "baby daddies" I would say she was "damaged" from ignorance from the get-go, and would in my mind not be a suitable prospective mate.

One day the men are going to make a thread about the MILLIONS of "damaged goods" deadbeat daddies that go on about their daily buisness while some woman is deciding whether to pay the light bill in full or buy groceries for herself and the kids. One day.

If this same woman has only slept with 1 man, had a couple kids with him, and is a successful corporate lawyer, is she damaged goods?
