Personally I wouldn't. I once accepted a friend request from a girl (friend of a friend) that I saw once but never talked to. She turned out to have a huge crush on me...borderline stalkerish...pretty creepy. After that I NEVER accept friend requests from people I don't know, even if we have mutual friends.

If there's nothing expository on your FB, yes.
If there's stuff you wouldn't want her to see, no.
Mine had nothing to see but travel pictures, so I didn't care.

Also, you must be going to a small school, or she wouldn't know your name, or couldn't drill through the links of her friends and find you. If it's a small school, there's less to worry about. Then, if she sends you amorous messages, unfriend her. If this is happening at UT-Austin (50,000+) or similar, err to the side of caution and say no.
