White men who are lower on the totem pole date minority women who are status daters quite often. Minority women who want to date a white man at any cost often end up with white men who are losers. Not all wm/af or wm/bf pairings are like that, but it is a relatively common phenomenon. Men are much better that revising their tastes in the name of sexual opportunity.
This is news to me. I'm not really desperate for a white man. I tried to date a white guy because people online kept telling me that this would increase my chances of finding somebody. And they said WM like darkskin (which isn't true all the time) but it didn't happen. Oh well. I'm not losing sleep. Maybe a nice AA guy will give me a chance
But what makes a white guy low on the social totem pole, his job his looks? I cant' really tell what type of white guy is considered good looking in the white community..
What about white men who date minority women because they truly believe they are inherently inferior and as such are more easily attainable? It happens fairly often. Is it racism as per the definition you posted?

I know I am going to get bashed for this, but DH and I both think that men who date only Asian women are prone to being pedophiles. Many, many Asian women are very small and short with no distinguishing secondary sexual characteristics like hips and breasts - they are basically built like a 12 year old. A lot of Asian porn also shows women in school girl outfits and acting very submissive and younger than they really are. Bash me all you want for saying this, but I know men who feel the same as I do.
Interestingly, I saw a website that showed the most popular google searches for porn by state. The states like California had the words "teen" and "Asian" in the top spots together, while many other states had teen at the bottom of the ranks, and asian did not even make it onto the searches.

It depends on your personal perspective. My ex had no ambition whatsoever and was chronically underemployed, but his family is wealthy and has a name that is well known.
Either way, he does not qualify for the phenomenon I speak of as he dates white women too.
