Yeah, as long as he is closer to my list and it isn't something that can't be fixed (him wanting kids... no way I can handle that).
Many thanks for sharing more info about your preferences -- as far as the kids issue, you may perhaps not want to rule it out 100% (just b/c, if you met someone special and he loved you very much, you never know if he might potentially be willing to support your viewpoint on the matter, b/c you would be that special to him, and he wouldn't want to lose you ).
Based on some of your past posts, I wonder what you bring to the table........
Ok so maybe I might be lacking in ''8/10 in looks'' department and might be a level below (6-7/10) but that can be fixed through make-up, getting braces (I'm going to fix my teeth this year), wearing more suitable clothes/shoes and put on contact lenses.
However, I fit in the other lists. At some point, it's naturally to seek for someone higher than you rather than always settling for your league or below you.
...Just how many people in general do you think are smart enough for what you want?
...Out of those people, how many do you think are attractive?
...And out of those people, how many do you meet a day?
You need to put yourself out there. Go to conventions and meetups designed for intelligent people. Get a job surrounded by intelligent people, network with intelligent people.
Finding someone that meets high standards takes work.

Very true indeed. Just like it takes hard work to get an A on a test.
Why? I want what I'm looking for or at least closer to it.
I've never felt that way in my younger years and at the time would settle for just a man that cares about me. That was good enough then but now I've changed.
