Gawd, I ****ing hate stupid people. I am talking willful stupidity.

At any rate the rain showers messed up our kayaking plans. So we caught a small town parade in a thunderstorm. Yee haw! So now it's lunch and work on some equipment before shift.

Speaking of venting I can't seem to be able to eat a single friggin meal without wearing something on my damn shirt. I swear even when I'm careful I look like I stepped into an ongoing food fight....

Do you have to work EMS tonight? Is 4th of July usually a bad night? I can imagine firework injuries. There's always a lot of stupidity surrounding explosives...lol

Kind of like my luck that every time I wear a stupid skirt I have to crawl around on the floor at work looking for network port numbers. Seriously..I swear it is done on purpose. First day of work there...I was bent over and one of the engineers came in and said...hey I want to work in this lab!!

We are staying put on the 4th. I'm running in the morning, then heading to the pool with some friends. Usually some neighbors get together and have a cookout so I think that's the plan for tomorrow night. Our town does fireworks on the 5th of July and they do them over the lake near our house so we'll take a walk down there on Friday.

And so when do you breathe??? lol
Sounds like you have a very busy weekend!
The 5th? Do they go over a scrape up the ones that weren't used from the 4th?

No, they just don't want to compete with people's holiday plans. I dunno...they've always done them on the 5th.

Any fireworks in GB tonight?

They get the fireworks 75% off at the roadside stands.
