It would be one thing if you said several years, but several months is still fairly new. There are women at my job who have asked me out to lunch, and guess what?? all they wanted was just company for lunch. It's just small talk dude. It's Friday, she's probably caught up on work, having a good day, waiting for the weekend to start and she's talking to everybody. Go have fun with your cougar and don't sweat it.
Yup, she's friendly. It almost sounds like she might call you "kiddo" next.
LOL...I'm in my 40's and work with a guy in his 20's. I've been calling him "kiddo" for about 4 years now
OP, we always ask each other about weekend plans and some of us at work call each other something cute because we're comfortable with one another. We know who we can be casual with and who we can't. Just because she asked about your plans could just mean that she's being pleansant and making conversation. I always say that it's good to be friendly and get along at work because we see co-workers more than our family
well, ive been here for several months, and she's never asked me.
You passed your probationary period, so she probably sees you as a genuine coworker now and not someone who might be let go the day before probation is up.
Really, there is no need to analyze every interaction. She's not hitting on you in any way, shape, or form.
