Quick question... Does this girl have her own house/apartment, or is this a dorm or college apartment/roommate kind of situation? In other words... Was the bed the only viable option for watching a movie? If so, I wouldn't make assumptions.

Ruth4truth is right though -- it would not matter in the least that the woman invited the man into her bed, she can still claim he raped her or tried to rape her if he made a move on her.
It would be smartest for the guy to just let the woman make all the moves especially since he barely knows this woman.
