I'm a conservative 19 boy from Brazil and I wanted to know if is true love still something normal in Canada, in the meaning of not having "sex" as the main reason for the relationship, or to keep the relationship.

Well, as a Canadian, I can't speak on behalf of all Canadian women, but I think the more religious youth may share your views. However, I would not call no sex before marriage "true love".
