This is a good portion of the reason I don't date. The expense to reward ratio is just too poor

All women are gold diggers. They are also liars and cheaters. Therefore, it would be best for all men who understand this to stay clear of them. Problem solved.

Okay, I'm going to be very blunt here, political correctness be damned. Yes, fellas, your success or lack of it matters. I dated a few guys in college. Every single one of them was physically attractive to me, and all were good guys, but I settled down with the one who had brains, ambition, and the best career prospects. We've had our financial ups & downs, but I've never worried about paying the mortgage or putting food on the table. I've always had faith that no matter what this world throws our way, he has the wherewithal to get our family through it. This is important stuff to a woman who is looking to raise a family with her mate. That's my $.02. YMMV.

Although this makes sense, I believe the OP is more interested in the average joe that can provide for his family or future family versus the guy that has cash and isn't necessarily the best looking or the best father figure. Money can only get you so far though. I look at it this way. If you have cash it will attract a group of women, not all women but a certain group. A group that is looking for fun, and they have the looks and character to go for those type of guys. A rich guy isn't out looking for a home body girl that doesn't want to travel or club it up. Likes attract likes, even if the girl is a hood rat that likes to drink, fawk, and party.

Wealth likes traveling and clubbing it up? From my perspective, maintaining that kind of lifestyle usually results in a quick trip to the poor house. There are lots of homebodies among those in the upper income brackets.

I was talking extroverts, but there are of course rich introverts...although I doubt the rich introvert is out looking for tail? I could be wrong though

Introverts need tail too.

Being an introvert just means you need more time alone to recharge mentally.

I'm a huge introvert, but I still went out clubbing and stuff.

Now that one would be funny. Sadly i'd fall for it

Some of those girls were probably intimidated by him.
