Men don't have an easier time of it, unless they're CEO's of major companies, or something. Even The Donald isn't immune to that kind of pressure, he wears a bird's nest to hide his baldness, so what does that tell you? One of my buddies has a hairline that's been receding, and he's starting to freak out about it. Women are lucky--if they stay in shape, they can keep themselves together far longer than a lot of dudes can.

Significantly more women than men use plastic surgery. Women are the biggest consumers for makeup and beauty products, as well as other products that are all designed to enhance their external beauty. If you want to believe that a person who spends most of their life using products to enhance their beauty will deal with losing that external beauty the same as someone who doesn't then you are in denial.
