The OP needs to learn that this type of behavior drives others away. He/she can post whatever they want, but behavior like this will not get them far in life.
How old is the OP?
If the OP is in their twenties, then why do they think that this behavior is even remotely beneficial and or positive? Can't the OP figure out that this type of behavior will not get them very far in life?

I know this is going to sound silly, but did you ask if she has texting on her phone? I actually know people who have simple phones and don't text (I know, that's crazy in this day and age, right? lol)
I would have called just to see if she would answer or see what her voicemail message is like (assuming she has a personalized one) to ensure I dialed the right number or see if she gave the right number.
If she gave you the right number, it's possible she didn't get your text and was anticipating it. Maybe the cold shoulder is because she thought you were just teasing her?
OP, I don't know why people give their phone numbers out if they're not interested but it's frustrating. If someone isn't interested then they can simply lie and say they're in a relationship or just say they don't mingle with the restaurant patrons.
