Dude, face it, your thread is OVER! There's no more advice anyone can give you that hasn't already been posted. Some good stuff was posted here, you need to go back and digest it. What you're not grocking is that your approach (if it can be called that) was a massive fail. Don't go back and try again with her in any way, unless you won't mind her telling management about you, and getting you kicked out. People have explained where you went wrong and how to not scr*w up with future babes or waitresses. Everything you need to know is here on this thread. You just need to go back and get your mind around it.
