Except that my friends - mostly went to school with - have a lot more money than I do, so there's a disconnect there. (I'm the low-earning outlier in the group.)
It's about finding the right person, the right person will not care about your financial status. As long as you can bring what truly matters to the relationship, everything else will work itself out. Keep your head up.

So, what about the nouveau riche and even top end, upper middle who have been, for extended periods of their adult lives, broke.... only to finally break through? And there are more examples of this than folks might think...
But no matter how you slice it, in this world, money is a major issue. It extends to romance.
However, a lot of these broke guys could definitely get dates, g/f's and even wives. They're just not attracted to those "types" who are willing to take their broke a$$es.
