If you look approachable, thats a big start. Eg. friendly, relaxed, not taken, not really busy, not desperate looking. Then if you often put yourself "out there" in situations where men you desire hang out.
If you do these things are havn't had any joy. Then do the approaching yourself.
Loving and caring, tender words A lot of times I honestly think that society underestimates the power of just how immensely loving verbal communication can matter, if the words are 100% genuine and truly-felt by the one speaking them...
My boyfriend first approached me at a local concert in Philly. He asked me "Are you okay?", since I had several drinks and was swaying to the music. Sometimes, that is all it takes. After talking with him for some time at the venue that night, I took him on an interesting journey walking from Fishtown to Center City at 2 in the morning.
I know it not hard to get a guy attention hell if a girl was a little over weight if she give off this vibe and seem caring she can get a guy attention.
I guess I fall into this category lol..but seriously, it's all in the personality and the vibe you give off. I'm a friendly person and I smile when I talk to people. And knowing some stuff about sports helps too
I looked into the local chapters of A.S. and they're all centered around parents with kids with autism. Unfortunately, there's not any local groups for adults to meetup. I've never (knowingly) even met another person with A.S. around here, it's a small town in NJ.....maybe I should just do the online dating again even though I never got any dates from it the first time.
maybe what you need to do then is set up an AS chapter that does cater to singles.

very true, the problem though is that too many people have heard the words said, and found out later that they were not genuine, and have gotten to the point where they cant, or wont, tell the difference anymore.
