What brand is your all-in-one. I haven't seen one of those listed before.
It's an HP... Dell has them too, I usually always get Dell's, but I opted for the HP this time. Seems fine, PC computing power has gotten pretty good these days and most newer computers are pretty fast... even the lower end PC's are still fairly powerful. Most have multiple processors and a decent amount of memory and that's really all you need.

I just do browsing on the web and stream music and movies, for that it's fine... It's when you have big bulky programs like AutoCAD and other graphics intense programs is when you start to see lower end PC's struggle.

I like having a garage or a wood working shop.

Mr. CSD would like to have a garage but he will have a full basement until the garage is built.
Personally I don't care either way and one of those metal carport thingys would be fine with me until a garage is built, then we could turn that into an enclosed breezeway.

My camera is not here yet but it is out for delivery so hopefully they will be getting here soon and just in time to be able to take good photos of the home we are going to look at tomorrow.

I'd build a shop. A 30x40 a 40x60 or 40 x 80. Then there would be a place for tools, equipment and toys.
