Mr. CSD is asleep on the loveseat and has it reclined, Walter is finally settled down and asleep on the loveseat after I sat down with him between me and Mr. CSD and put a hot water bottle on his hip and rubbed his ears until he fell asleep and I am headed to wander my timbers of slumber on the couch tonight I think.

I like pudding I just can't stand the taste of it right now from this danged medication.

Walter is sort of feeling better but not exactly, since he is hurting on his hips he hasn't done a duty that we know of because of the pain so I just gave him a couple tablespoons of syrup and his antibiotic and we are going to take him for a nice slow walk in a few minutes and hopefully get his much needed duty done.

Poor doggie.

Finn is outside introducing himself to the squirrels in the backyard. He just can't seem to understand why they keep running away from him...lol

It's cold, rainy, and extremely icy on our roadways today..

I had plans to go out with a friend, but those got canceled.

I just need a good book, my fireplace, and a blanket for the rest of the day. Today definitely is one of those lazy Sundays, which are so few and far between for me ..

I hope everyone is enjoying their day.

That sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday!

I'm cleaning. lol

Just waiting for the oven cleaner to penetrate all the crap in there so I can go wipe it out. I might hit Target and get some new rugs for in front of the doors. They need to be replaced and I have some gift cards.

My son is in Nashville with my husband for a hockey game. He has been texting me updates. Last night's game was stressful for me.
I can't SEE the game, but I kept getting texts...1-1 tie, now 2-1 us, 2-2 tie....etc. It went back and forth like that for an hour. My son scored a short-handed goal with less than a minute left to tie the game. I HATE missing games like that, and I'm sitting here getting text updates for another game. It was tied 2-2 last time I looked. My phone has buzzed 4 times in the meantime and I can't look! LOL

I want to know the outcome but I want it to be a win, so the longer I don't look, the longer I can pretend it is

It absolutely kills me not to be there. The only games I have ever missed are the ones he has to fly to.

EDIT...good Lord this is torture!

Him: 5 minute left in the game, 4-4
Him: Still tied
Him: 5-4 us!
Him: 4 minute left in the game
Him: Still up, 50 seconds left and we are short-handed

And this is me...
