If I do pull the trigger on a pickup I'll keep my current hoopty as a commuter car. Eventually I'd like a roadster.
I'd love a big azz pickup.... but Mrs. Chow doesn't want to drive one and a little roadster, well, the MINI would have sort of fit that bill size wise at least, not so much the topless portion of it, as I remember Miata's are all topless, so that's a nice little plus for those little suckers..
The company I'm interviewing with will pay .55 a mile so gas mileage isn't that big of a concern, but enough to warrant not getting the 8 cylinder.
