The other day I'm at the gym working out, and I noticed this girl that works there behind the front desk is looking at me every time I looked in her direction. At least I thought she was. So when I was leaving she was standing there with another girl, and she says bye to me. As I was opening the door I heard the 2nd girl say "Why didn't you say anything?" and the first girl said "What was I supposed to say? Do you come here often?" and then they both laughed.
I would never hit on a girl at the gym, but I think in this case its kosher because she works there, and isn't there working out. Another one that's about 8 years younger than me.

Cardio wise...
That freaking elliptical machine still kills me. I can ride the exercise bike all day. Treadmill doesn't bother me a bit, but the elliptical machine is a beast. 20 minutes on that thing, and I sleep real good that night.
This young girl that goes to my gym does an hour and half on this thing nonstop like it's nothing. If I tried that they would have to call an ambulance. I'm definitely not 18 anymore.
I have never tried one of those machines however with my illness I can barely do 10 minutes on our treadmill and I seriously need much more than 10 minutes several times a day on our treadmill.

I find it hard to feel sorry for Tom Brady when he's going to spend his 4 game suspension in his house curled up on the couch with Gisele. Shouldn't cheat bro.
I don't have a problem asking girls out. The worst that can happen is they say no. Maybe pepper spray me, but that usually washes out.
