I gotta say... people sometimes take some serious liberties with a good ol fashioned "BLT".... I mean... I think that lawyers might need to get involved for some copyright infringement issues...

I've got a BLT but we added some avocado, some turkey, some shallot...

Here I am tossing around the BLT moniker like it's nobodies business...

I'm smelling a lawsuit here.

I've got music streaming and Meatloaf's "Paradise by the dashboard lights" comes on and I just can't stand that song, I really don't care for the loaf in the general but that song just grinds my gears... and Mrs. chow... she's not into the "opera rock" either but she likes that song and thinks its so funny.... I have to resist the urge to throw my computer out the window every f ing time it comes on.......

LOL... Mrs. chow and I were discussing that earlier... Good lord... way way too much bacon at one sitting... but it sure would be f ing awesome to give it a shot...

I'm a taco hound... I could eat tacos or Kung Pao chicken just about every damn day, I love me some Thai/Chinese food to the point that I'm gonna start speaking mandarin soon...

In Monday I made chicken soup. Threw in the chickens, seasoned the water and let it simmer for most of the afternoon. Then the vegetables I roasted for about a half hour or 45 minutes and added the rice. Made for a decent meal or three.

"Too much bacon" is not in my repertoire. It literally is not. I could and would, eat all of the bacon that was placed in front of me. No matter what. lol

I had tacos at my mom's today.

Simple as hell, but good as hell I bet... sometimes just throwing a few basics like that in a pot with a little bit of herbage, chicken stock, and some root veggies is all you need...

Good stuff, I'm a huge fan of "one pot" dishes... good stuff...

That sounds great. With winter bearing down on us northerners, it's definitely soup/stew time.

You're making me jealous... I can't wait for the weather to get "cold" at least as "cold" as it gets here, we're still getting 80's with some humidity, it's backed off a bit on the humidity front, but damn.... at least it has been cooling off at night to a degree, we're able to sleep with some covers on..

IDK.. I'm kind of weird in that I like to be wrapped up in a sheet at least.. I don't like to sleep naked... I don't want some ghost to watch me and be getting their jollies looking at me, you never know.. they just might be tuggin it and I'm not into supporting ghost tuggings......

You're making me jealous. I'd be quite happy to be in the 80's still. We hit the big ol' six-one today, and it felt balmy. lol

I sleep with a comforter regardless of temperature.
