I would feel so much better if this was the issue. I've tried talking to him about it and asked if that is indeed the reason he makes up excuses for not wanting to have sex with me but he sticks to his story that he's simply just tired, then proceeds to hide the porn from me. Before I got pregnant we use to be intimate every single night no matter what, great sex at that!

Let me make this clear: You didn't "become unattractive"; you became pregnant.
It's a really ignorant, jerky way to act. I mean if you had sex every single night BEFORE you got pregnant, he was into you.

The main problem is that it's not really your appearance. He has a porn addiction, apparently, which is almost impossible to overcome. The lying/hiding it are not points in the "plus column" either.
I wonder how he would react if you told him he had gained sympathy weight while you were pregnant.

Porn is a fantasy. It is not real.. not even close.
You can do all the surgery you want, it will never be real and reality will never be the fantasy portrayed in porn. Your insecurities will still exist.

I didn't realize how bad it was until today... I had an appointment with my OB/GYN this morning,(I'm due in three weeks) and he didn't come support me because he was feeling "really sick" (he had a few beers last night so he didn't wake up too good) said he needed to stay home and rest it off so I left it well alone. I came home to discover he spent the morning watching porn! He tried to hide it but he always underestimates how good I am at finding things out. I don't think I've been this hurt since this whole problem began...
You will probably need to get rid of the computer.
Give it away to a friend to hold. Don't bring it back into the house.
