My husband has a Ford F150 Platinum and I could drive it anytime I wanted. So far, I haven't wanted to...

My ex would not let me drive "his" truck and I owned it. He had control issues.

What was it a present from you or something? Either way I agree if you own it it's YOURS

My wife and I have 3 kids. I have Ford Fusion, and she has a Chevy Traverse. We have no problem switching cars for any reason. We both have the understanding if one of us is going out alone, he/she takes the Ford. Whoever is with the kids has the Chevy, as all the car seats are in it. Occasionally if one of us is driving our oldest somewhere, we will use the Ford as she only requires a booster.

He had no credit and I bought it in my name. So yes, legally it was 100% mine. As was our house.

Ironically I still own my ex husbands truck, which I did buy for him as a gift. I am sure I could call and ask to borrow it with no issues. But I never have done so.

Sorry different exes. My ex husband and I are still on good terms. I still own his truck, he provably has no issues with me driving it. He insures me on it.

My sons father drove a truck I owned, and he would not let me drive it. When he left me, he left with exactly what he arrived with, the clothes on his back. I kept his vehicle that was legally mine. I traded it in for something I wanted to drive.

Your husband bought the truck with his own money and it is titled in his name. You have your own car. Let him have ONE thing to himself without arguing about it with him. Cut the poor guy some slack, please!

My husband insists I keep our sedan clean and tidy. He hauls manure in my old truck. He pays for the gas and maintenance. I pay to have the car washed or wash it by hand.
