They stand there in their shades feeling for my hand, reaching outward...I pet the service dog, straighten up and say, "Yes. Yes, I AM beautiful. How did you know?" They seem pretty much satisfied with that.
Also, no need to fumble reaching for the light switch to dim the lights later.

Indeed. Though, I find that taking my blind dates to movies isn't as popular with them as my other dates. Can't figure that one out.
